We ask for 30% deposit of room price only to secure bookings, with confirmation notified upon receipt of deposit. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the due date,a full refund is given, less any card charges. If less than 30 days we will attempt to re-sell the booking, and if successful will refund on a pro-rata basis,ie if we re-sell one day of a two day booking, we would return 50% less any card charges. In all events we would honour any retained monies against a future stay at GALSON FARM, since we have no desire to be anything less than open and fair with any of our guests, and would hope on their part they would understand that in accepting their booking, we often disappoint others that cannot always be replaced at a later date.We would suggest travel insurance to cover the cost of your trip and recommend the Post Office policy.
